Customer Experience Associate

This seasonal role involves delivering exceptional customer service across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Assist customers with directions and provide helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods
  • Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support
Requirements
  • Fundamental Skills:
  • Be friendly, reliable, and enjoy creating positive experiences
  • Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
