Centre Manager Opportunity at AMA Group Ltd

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Centre Manager to lead our team at Woollards Auto Body Works, Shepparton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Ensure the site is operating profitably by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
  • Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter or similar role within Automotive.
  • Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Appropriate Australian work rights.
