About the Role

This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of efficiency within our wine store. As a Barista, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Opening the store each morning and preparing for service
  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
  • Managing coffee supplies and inventory levels
  • Overseeing pastry supply and morning food offerings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the coffee service area
  • Supporting the management of coffee POS and morning table service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting
  • Strong customer service and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage morning operations
