Job Description

As a Coffee Expert, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers. Your passion for coffee and ability to tell its story will set us apart from the competition.

You will be part of the Oceania Coffee Community, committed to inspiring people to think about what's in their cup. You will demonstrate a passion for developing others and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Nespresso coffee range.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the point of reference for coffee expertise within your Boutique
  • Preparing and delivering coffee training in conjunction with the L&D Team
  • Facilitating coffee training for new starters as directed by the Boutique Manager
  • Sharing your love and expertise of our coffee brand with our customers and club members
  • Introducing and educating new customers to the Nespresso brand
