Warehouse Manager, Airfreight

A seasoned professional is sought to lead our airfreight warehouse operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes that meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching airfreight.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarding and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
  • Utilize inventory management systems and software to maintain accurate stock levels and documentation.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and condition of all goods handled.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management within the airfreight freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and logistics management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and logistics software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
