- Executing complex treatments on both contemporary and historical works, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills.
- Coordinating the delivery of specialized services, including insurance jobs and disaster response, with support from team members.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for managing conservation projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop solutions for complex conservation challenges. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years' experience as a Conservation Specialist, possess high-level technical skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment.
