Key Responsibilities

The clinical research associate ii role involves coordinating clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a related science or healthcare discipline and 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials.

Specific Tasks:
  • Coordinate site identification, feasibility assessment, and selection
  • Complete monitoring activities and prepare visit reports
  • Negotiate budgets and coordinate contract execution
  • Prepare and submit regulatory packages and updates
  • Motivate and train investigators to ensure protocol understanding
Additional Duties:
  • Reconcile contents of in-house trial master file and investigator site files
  • Coordinate distribution, tracking, handling, and destruction of investigational product and trial supplies
  • Manage trial information using a clinical trial management system
  • Support strategies to boost recruitment efforts
