The Role

We seek a skilled Technology Solutions Expert to design and implement comprehensive technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage stakeholders to identify system requirements through collaboration and analysis.
  • Analyze current and desired state with applicable stakeholders across concurrent initiatives and projects.
  • Provide expert advice to technical and business stakeholders regarding solution design, system development, and integration recommendations.
  • Document implementable design solutions that satisfy business requirements and adhere to technology and business standards.
  • Maintain solution artifacts in architecture repositories for preservation and reference.
  • Evolve the practice of solution architecture within the technology engineering management process framework.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technology Solutions Expert or similar role.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders to identify business and technology requirements for solution development.
  • Experience in the ICT industry with expertise in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid topologies.
  • High-level technical knowledge in one or more engineering disciplines, including Infrastructure, Networking, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Cyber Security.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, enterprise integration, security, and design patterns.
  • Experience with traditional and contemporary project and solution development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
