About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer - AI to join our dynamic sales team at Cisco. As a Solutions Engineer (AI), you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our AI solutions across various industries in Australia and New Zealand. Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored AI solutions that enhance their business operations.

This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience. You will work closely with the Cloud and AI Infrastructure team, who are responsible for helping customers transform their businesses using Cisco technology in the data center and on cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients across Australia and New Zealand to understand their specific needs and provide tailored AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including programming/scripting languages, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud and AI Infrastructure team to take customer problems and turn them into business advantages.
  • Provide detailed and consumable documentation of standard methodologies for deployment around application acceleration, automation/management efficiencies, enterprise edge, and AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical presales experience, preferably selling Compute, Storage, and/or Network solutions.
  • Good understanding of programming/scripting languages.
  • Ability to provide detailed and consumable documentation of standard methodologies for deployment around application acceleration, automation/management efficiencies, enterprise edge, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and/or infrastructure topics.
