Job Overview
This is a challenging role for an experienced cybersecurity professional to protect our organization's digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills and expertise in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and vulnerability scanners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring, incident response, risk management, compliance, and vulnerability assessment.
Monitor security events, alerts, and logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
Analyse data and artifacts to identify indicators of compromise, emerging threats, and suspicious activities.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits on systems, applications, and networks.
Participate in incident response activities including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Maintain and manage security tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications (CC, CEH, CompTIA Security+ preferred). They will also possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role.
