Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ICT risk management frameworks and controls, conducting gap assessments against regulatory requirements, and developing remediation plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support resilience testing, incident response planning, and recovery strategies (BCP/DR)
  • Develop and implement third-party risk governance aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, IT security, and vendor management teams
  • Deliver training sessions, stakeholder workshops, and compliance reporting

You will utilize GRC tools to manage risk registers, controls mapping, and compliance metrics. This role offers a unique blend of technical and business skills, requiring a strong understanding of ICT risk management, regulatory requirements, and project management principles.

Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of ICT risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, operational resilience, or business continuity
  • Familiarity with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA)
  • Proficiency in GRC platforms and risk management tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
