Family-owned industrial equipment manufacturer seeks an experienced CNC laser operator to join its production team in Victoria.

We are a leading Australian manufacturer of metal bins, operating from Hazelwood North VIC and Heathwood QLD.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing metal bins with our production team.
  • Operating a CNC laser cutting machine.
  • Ensuring component quality.
  • Material handling.
  • Operating a forklift.
  • Cleaning the work area and tools.
  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by the operations manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be an Australian citizen or hold a valid working visa and be onshore.
  • A good attendance record.
  • Strong adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
  • To be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • To be willing to learn and adapt.
  • Some experience with metal fabrication and welding would be an advantage.
  • A current forklift licence is mandatory.
  • To be fully vaccinated.
