Lead Software Quality Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Quality Specialist to champion our transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing robust test strategies, leading and mentoring testing teams, and ensuring our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

  • Align with cross-functional teams, set priorities, and guide testing efforts across transformation and improvement projects
  • Craft and implement robust test strategies to ensure software quality
  • Lead and mentor testing teams to achieve quality outcomes
  • Mentor teams, run workshops, and explore automation to boost efficiency

Requirements

  • 5 or more years' experience in a Test/Quality Assurance Lead role (or similar) on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organisation
  • 3 or more years' experience working within business transformation, ideally in a lead position
  • Demonstrated experience in the Software Testing life Cycle
  • History of working with external partners / system integrators and teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Experience in test automation and associated software e.g. Selenium

Nice to Have

  • Qualifications in Information Systems or Information Technology, or related field are desirable
  • Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
