Job Overview:

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned software engineer who can drive innovation and excellence in our products.

Your role will encompass ideation, technical design, build, testing, release, and ongoing improvement of our solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team working alongside a Product Owner/Manager and Designer to form the core product trio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possesses full-cycle engineering experience with expertise in ideation, technical design, build, testing, release, and maintenance.
  • Executes state-of-the-art coding practices to deliver high-quality outcomes that solve core business objectives and minimize risks.
  • Continuously learns, experiments, and innovates while contributing to the definition and governance of our standards and best practices.
  • Delivers well-tested, robust, and maintainable software with quality focus.
  • Owning testing responsibilities is expected as there is no separate QA.
  • Mentors and supports other engineers fostering a growth and learning mindset within the team.
  • Takes initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment embracing change and ambiguity.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate/Flow as well as knowledge of modern technologies.
  • Cloud platforms - Azure/AWS services are required.
  • Experience in building C# APIs and working with third-party APIs.
  • Sound understanding of application and system security best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing multitenancy and security implications.
  • Configuration as Code to manage application configuration.
  • Source control systems (Git), SAST/DAST, and CI/CD toolsets.
