Job Description

The Environmental Services Department operates a 24-hour cleaning and portering service. As a Hospital Assistant Grade 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cleaner spaces and healthier environments for patients and staff.

Our team works together to promote a safe and supportive environment. We focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services centered around patient and family needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a 24-hour, 7-day rotating roster, including night shifts.
  • Provide exceptional cleaning and portering services to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop effective relationships with management, staff, and patients through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare facility cleaning or commercial/industrial cleaning roles is highly valued. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
