Behaviour Support Team Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead clinical and financial performance for Positive Behaviour Support teams in VIC, SA, and WA. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's clinical and operational aspects.
About the Role- Lead a team of behaviour support practitioners across multiple states.
- Provide evidence-based clinical support aligned with NDIS guidelines and Better practices.
- Identify areas of development for the clinical team and facilitate training to meet those needs.
- Oversee quality assurance for your team and assess resources within your state to ensure gaps are met.
- Develop key projects for the discipline and contribute to behaviour support policies and procedures.
- You are an Advanced/Specialist practitioner with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.
- You have tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
- 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS.
- Experience providing clinical and/or operational leadership to a BSP or multidisciplinary team.
- You embody Better values.
As a Behaviour Support Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to achieve our goals and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About You- You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You have a strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and Better practices.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
