Role Overview

In the role of Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment, ensuring that our culinary team can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and safe workspaces by keeping floors and areas free from hazards.
  • Operate kitchen cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of food preparation areas, storage rooms, and workstations to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food preparation equipment, ensuring a pristine kitchen environment.
  • Clean cooking utensils and general kitchen items used in food service.
  • Support chefs in their tasks within your training and capability.
  • Perform general pantry duties as required.
