About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our kitchens, cool rooms, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent work standards and ensure the efficient set up of functions
  • Assist with the preparation of stocktakes and maintain chemical standards
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the kitchens is of a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene procedures and practices
  • Occupational Health & Safety procedures, chemical usage and storage, and HACCP standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
