A physiotherapist plays a vital role in the healthcare environment, helping clients maintain mobility and manage pain.

This position is challenging yet rewarding, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams effectively.

Physiotherapists conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities to understand their needs, developing and delivering individualized treatment plans based on client goals, preferences, and medical history.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage compliance, and demonstrate experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Effective time management skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of health services are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
  • Manage compliance and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage all aspects of compliance
  • Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Effective time management to ensure timely completion of patient interventions, reports, and outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your caseload efficiently
