Dedicated Leadership Professional

A high-achieving early learning professional is required to lead and motivate a centre team, driving continuous improvement in all areas of centre operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the leadership of the team, mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, and managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
They will also be expected to implement the Goodstart Practice Guide and inspire the centre team to achieve their goals.
About Our CentreOur centre is a 75-place centre, providing a close-knit and nurturing environment for children and families. We are seeking a full-time fixed-term employee to cover parental leave, with a position available on offer.
