Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Gifting Service Consultant to join our vibrant and dynamic team culture. As a key member of our Operations Support team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction after sales service, prioritizing prompt responses to gifting inquiries, and identifying trends to improve the overall Gifting Hub experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries regarding Gifting Hub sales across various communication platforms
  • Foster relationships with our customer service team to enhance customer experience through shared insights
  • Support proactive sales growth through active sales calling as required by the business
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in Dan's Gifting Customer Service
  • Maintain and update customer records using designated tools and software (Trello and agreed templates)
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and maintain a friendly and positive phone/chat demeanor
  • Participate in monthly review sessions, contributing new ideas, opportunities for improvement, and fostering accountability
  • Cultivate relationships with Store Managers, understanding their priorities and ensuring effective communication among key stakeholders

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
