Senior Sales Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert to join our expanding team in Bendigo.

This role involves leading the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key clients, a proven track record of sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Property Transactions: Source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
  • Inspections: Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate the marketing and selling of properties, including organising signboards, brochures, advertising and Information Memorandums.

Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute, entrepreneurial and commercially astute, with B2B experience.
  • Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Licensing: Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or willingness to study to become a certified agent.
