About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Officer to drive process excellence across our organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Providing process mapping and analysis skills to document and analyse processes and practices;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process constraints and co-design achievable solutions;
  • Analysing and aligning new systems and technology to meet business requirements;
  • Designing improvements for usability, efficiency, and effectiveness;
  • Implementing and managing changes to ensure benefits are realised;
  • Updating policies, procedures, and forms as required.
Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a process review and improvement role;
  • Highly developed process mapping and analysis skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong visual process mapping skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions;
  • Experience in translating system features and capabilities to business requirements.
