Senior Finance Systems Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the TechnologyOne ERP system to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee month-end ERP processes and provide user support.
  • Administer and enhance financial systems, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate on system improvements and process optimization.
  • Ensure system updates, quality assurance, and data integrity.
  • Design and manage effective reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Support finance projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a financial systems analysis role.
  • Prior experience in financial ERP (Cloud) implementation (e.g., TechnologyOne, Oracle, SAP).
  • Proficiency in Excel, XLOne, Crystal, or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
