We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Vibrating Screen and Feeder product line. This pivotal role within our Division Technology team drives innovation, product excellence, and customer value across global markets.

  • Lead Innovation: Develop cutting-edge screening technologies as the design authority
  • Deliver Results: Oversee product roadmaps, customer projects, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and product management teams
  • Drive Excellence: Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all engineering and project activities
  • Inspire Teams: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master's/PhD preferred)
  • 5+ years in minerals processing, comminution, or vibrating screen technology
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SHE standards, FMEA, DFMA, and engineering best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software; experience with NPI, APQP, and product lifecycle processes
