Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Your duties will include:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety protocols are in place and adhered to, including regular inspections and maintenance of emergency equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of spare parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Techincal Knowledge: A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and coordinating teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
