**Job Title:** Works Ready Team Lead

About the Role:
As part of our growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking aWorks Ready Team Leader to join our Planning team. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and coordination of work packages for our field delivery teams.

The Job Description:
Our Planning team is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages that enable safe and effective field execution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of planners located across multiple depots, driving high standards of work readiness. Key responsibilities include overseeing job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering, as well as ensuring work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry. You will also require a sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems is also essential. Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability is highly valued.
