  2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information needs, prepare project briefs, and leverage existing data sets to inform decision-making
  3. Project & Agency Oversight: Manage external research agencies to deliver outcomes on time and within budget, interpreting data to uncover insights and commercial opportunities
  4. Champion Customer-Centric Changes: Advocate for data-driven decisions within the Merchandise team and the broader business, ensuring insights are correctly interpreted, applied, and embedded in strategic planning
  5. Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with the Customer Insights team to align programs of work, share best practices, and collaborate to maximize team ROI and overall effectiveness
  6. Business Forums & Strategic Sessions: Contribute to key forums such as RBU Customer Planning, Range Reviews (TPRs), and Customer Strategy Sessions, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our product and customer strategies
