Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Dispute Resolution Team. As a senior associate, you will be responsible for managing client matters with minimal assistance from partners and mentoring junior team members in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client matters with expertise and efficiency
  • Lead and supervise junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them to achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to business development through internal and external initiatives
  • Meet performance standards for time recording and contribute to the team's success
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external organisations

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience working in a leading practice group
  • Excellent matter management skills and ability to command client trust
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a focus on developing others
