We are seeking several skilled Sales and Customer Service representatives for our store at Harbourtown Premium Outlets. To succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication skills and the ability to identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in customer-facing roles and/or sales in a similar retail environment.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Be proficient in using point of sale systems.
  • Be driven to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to work weekends. On-the-job training will be provided for operations and premium products.
