Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Natural Resource Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a two-person crew conducting herbicide spraying along fence lines and around structures on Melbourne Water land using a vehicle-mounted spray rig.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks including drone operations, tractor and front-deck mowing, remote-control mowing for grass cutting and grooming, and supporting the civil maintenance team with asset inspections and related tasks across the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Victorian Driver's License
  • The ability to operate tractors, front-deck mowers, and remote-control mowing equipment
  • Drone operation skills
  • Experience in natural resource management and/or grounds maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and innovation in a range of tasks
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with colleagues and the general public
