Job Title: Senior Contracts Advisor

  • Manage procurement and subcontracting processes across construction delivery.
  • Lead drafting, negotiation and administration of head and subcontracts.
  • Build strong internal relationships across project, site, commercial and legal teams.
  • Oversee contractor performance, claims management, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor cost, schedule and compliance across all subcontracting activity.

Key Skills:

  • 5–8 years' experience in contracts management, construction law, or project procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience on large-scale capital works, infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of construction management.
  • Qualifications in Law, Business, Construction Management, or Engineering.
