We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about infrastructure and energy construction projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders, and have a strong knowledge of construction processes QA/QC systems and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure technical requirements are accurately implemented on-site.
  • Provide engineering support to construction teams and subcontractors resolving issues and coordinating sequencing of works.
  • Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans to ensure construction quality and compliance with design and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate document control including RFIs permits specifications and drawing registers.
  • Monitor daily and weekly progress assisting with planning procurement and scheduling of resources.
  • Ensure all site activities are compliant with Health Safety and Environmental procedures and requirements.
  • Liaise with design consultants and third parties to clarify technical queries and drive resolution of design issues.
  • Track materials and productivity against budgets and support the Project Manager in cost monitoring progress claims and variation support.
  • Contribute to site reporting audits inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of As-Built drawings and support project close-out activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering Civil Electrical or similar discipline with a minimum of 7 years' experience in construction.
  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure or energy construction projects preferably in renewables or utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes QA/QC systems and HSE requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
