Assistant Manager Kitchenware Store

This highly regarded kitchenware retailer is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead their team in Ringwood.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock levels, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team will be essential in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective inventory management and visual merchandising strategies
  • Manage stock levels and inventory movement, ensuring minimal loss and waste
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
