Job Title

Operational Technology Cyber Security Specialist is required to lead the planning, management and delivery of projects for clients in the Operational Technology and Cyber Security sectors. You will oversee project execution, collaborate with clients to develop business opportunities, provide technical input and guidance, and support team members in their professional development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver projects that meet client requirements and expectations, engaging with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including project teams and senior leadership, to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership, guiding project teams and contributing to quality assurance activities.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues in their professional development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, communicating project risks and opportunities to clients and stakeholders, and developing mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  • Support the pursuit and delivery of projects within the scope of Operational Technology and Cyber Security, including the development of proposals, marketing materials, and other opportunity pursuit activities.
  • Manage programs of projects and deliver scope for major project deliveries, ensuring compliance with local and national codes and standards.

Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary degree in a field such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Robust knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security standards, design arrangements, and best practices.
  • Experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under minimal guidance, act as a resource for less experienced team members, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and commitment to staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
