Real Estate Advisory Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate professional to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects nationally, providing expertise in property advisory engagements, valuations, and transactions.

About the Role

This position involves delivering and advising on significant projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space. You will be responsible for managing engagements, undertaking business development activities, and developing strategies for client pursuit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and/or work as part of the team responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of engagements.
  • Undertake business development activities, including engaging with current and potential future clients.
  • Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party sub-contractors.
Requirements

We are looking for applicants who have a broad range of skillsets relating to Real Estate Advisory. The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in either property economics or another real estate-focused degree.
  • Certified Practising Valuer registration (desirable).
  • Real Estate Licence (desirable).
