About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Aged Care Team Supervisor to enhance our compassionate and supportive workforce.
- Possession of Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines) or a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration)
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Exceptional listening skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in utilizing information technology and programs, with a willingness to acquire new skills as necessary
- Current National police clearance
- Familiarity with Workplace Health & Safety and Infection Control protocols
Position Details:
This is a casual role with various shifts available on a fortnightly roster.
What You Bring:
- Active AHPRA registration
- A genuine passion for Aged Care and a solid understanding of the industry
- Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an Aged Care setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of ACFI and accreditation standards is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
