About the Role:
In this part-time role, you will respond to enquiries and provide initial support to clients of our Food and Financial Assistance (FFA) program remotely and face-to-face. You will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of client services and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Max Term role until June 2025, working 3 days a week based in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and members of the public
- Support new clients with initial assistance and intake
- Receive and direct clients, providing food parcels and other assistance/referrals as needed
- Assist with packing food parcels and maintaining the pantry
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Contribute to team meetings and events
- Perform general administrative tasks
About You:
- Qualifications and experience in Social Work or Community Services
- Experience working with diverse, disadvantaged groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Genuine compassion for people in financial hardship
- Ability to work with complex needs
- A driven, hardworking attitude
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately $65,000 per annum, plus benefits including not-for-profit salary packaging, learning and development opportunities, and employee assistance programs.
