The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM frameworks, a strong understanding of security protocols, and excellent project management skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing IAM strategies and frameworks that support business needs and security requirements.
  • Managing IAM projects to ensure timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Overseeing the integration of IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user provisioning systems.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating IAM-related risks, working with stakeholders to implement effective controls.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to IAM team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Developing and maintaining IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Engaging with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in identity and access management with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications related to IAM or information security are highly desirable.
