Product Manager

The Product Owner plays a crucial role in ensuring that the product outcomes align with business and end-user needs. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve business performance outcomes by designing and delivering incremental improvements to web framework technology within complex regulatory environment.
  • Provide strategic direction and clarity of purpose to delivery resources as voice of Business within Delivery Team.
  • Demonstrate execution excellence in Agile methodology, building constructive relationships to engage and influence across organisation.
  • Work with stakeholders and Business Analysts to define scope and measures of success.
  • Engage with Stakeholders to ensure suitability, compliance, and success of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, and Development Teams to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies between backlog items and multiple stakeholders.
  • Execute optimal and timely delivery of prioritised initiatives in conjunction with Leaders.
  • Ensure Development Team understands product backlog and business value to deliver each sprint or increment.
  • Take responsibility for planning and organisation of sprint backlogs.
  • Participate in ceremonies in partnership with Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, and End-to-End Team.
  • Address customer, business, or compliance affecting defects.
  • Actively participate in Community of Practice to ensure alignment across Product Owner roles.
