Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test data and environments to support testing activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to testing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality testing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and testing practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
