
Day-to-Day Administrative Specialist

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to utilize your administration expertise and accounting skills in a dynamic business? We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day office management and accounting functions.
We offer a supportive environment and community activities, including travel opportunities for young adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Administrative support for our Executive team, including diary management, travel bookings, and other tasks
- Responsible for various facets of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and payroll for 50 staff on a fortnightly basis
- Receipting and invoicing as required
- Responsible for award-based payroll for our team across four different locations
Key characteristics include:
- Previous administrative and accounting experience from a similar role; working with award-based payroll or similar would be advantageous
- Interest in embracing new trends to streamline processes
- Highly developed interpersonal and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to be part of a team striving for best practice
Job details:
- Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
- Afternoon shift, Day shift, Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

- Australia (required)
Requirements:
- 2 years Xero experience (required)
- 3 years Office Administrator experience (required)
