Your role in our multidisciplinary team will involve delivering personalized treatments to residents in a collaborative environment.

You will be part of an innovative approach to allied health services, utilizing the Plena Care Pathway. This pathway enables therapists to tailor programs based on resident goals and priorities, ensuring evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
    • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our organization and aged care facilities, working within the scope of occupational therapy.

Requirements to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check
