Production Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Leader to oversee daily team activities and ensure smooth operations across purchasing, inventory, production paperwork, and outbound despatch.
- This role plays a key part in driving accuracy, supply continuity, and efficiency within the team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating despatch and outbound freight with logistics partners
- Managing purchasing, supplier communication, and procurement planning
- Overseeing inventory control, receipting, and cycle counts
- Completing final quality checks on products before despatch
- Closing work orders and ensuring accurate production paperwork
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong forecasting and planning skills with attention to detail
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
