Chocolate Production Manager

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our chocolate manufacturing lines.


This role requires a candidate with previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. You should possess strong technical and mechanical aptitude, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a quick learning attitude.


Responsibilities include leading and supervising a small team to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe work environment. This includes operating state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate.


You will take responsibility for end-to-end machine operations, ensuring quality control and GMP guidelines are met. Additionally, you will perform consistent heavy lifting of up to 25kg throughout shifts, complete machine clean-down and line changeovers efficiently, and maintain accurate paperwork and traceability records.
