Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the finance and IT functions within a high-growth, PE-backed business. You will be working closely with the CEO and ownership team to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and transform the finance and IT functions to support multiple brands, sites, and omni-channel sales.
  • Deliver 100% accurate, timely financial information based on data insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimise systems, processes, and reporting, and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Partner with sales, operations, inventory, and supply chain teams to improve cash flow, working capital, assess new products, investments, and ROI.
  • Use BI, Excel, and analytics to build performance dashboards, forecast, track KPIs, analyse customer and product performance, and guide strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience as Head of Finance or Financial Controller, leading finance functions and building effective teams.
  • Experience in inventory-driven, multi-channel environments (manufacturing, supply chain, retail, distribution).
  • Strong general ledger discipline and a commitment to accuracy and reporting excellence.
  • Skill in systems automation, process optimisation, and improvement.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to interrogate data, model scenarios, and present clear insights.
  • A confident, positive leader who fosters capability, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
