The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, financial strategy, and ERP systems.
As CFO, you will lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial LeadershipDevelop and execute the financial strategy to support business goals and growth.Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters, risks, and opportunities.Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.Manage capital structure, cash flow, and financing activities.Systems and Process OptimizationLead the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP and financial systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
Streamline financial reporting, cost accounting, and data integration processes across departments.Champion automation and digital tools to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.Financial OperationsOversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax, and audit.Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and compliance with regulations.Drive cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.Build and lead a high-performing finance team; mentor and develop talent.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (preferred).
Experience10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.Demonstrated success leading or overseeing ERP and financial systems implementations or upgrades.Proven experience in managing financial operations for mid-sized to large enterprises.SkillsStrong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing finance metrics.Expertise in systems transformation and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on and strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, growing environments.Preferred Systems ExperienceProficiency with major ERP platforms (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
