Accounts Officer

Sharp Carter is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The Role
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Deal with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Payable duties:
  • Processing of invoices
  • Weekly payment runs
Accounts Receivable duties:
  • Allocating and receipting payments
  • Collection calls and emails
Requirements
  • Previous experience within finance or accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
