Nando's is an exciting brand that offers a unique blend of people, passion and PERi-PERi chicken. We're currently looking for a skilled Project Executive to join our team and help drive the development of our restaurants across Australia.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead the execution of multiple restaurant projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for defining project schedules, requirements, and outcomes, as well as ensuring projects are delivered within budget, timeframe, and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of restaurant projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including property, finance, and operations teams
  • Manage external relationships with designers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Nando's brand standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality or construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel regularly, both interstate and internationally
