About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Kennards Hire. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, providing guidance and feedback to empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily tasks and assume leadership in the Branch Manager's absence.
  • Orchestrate front desk operations and branch administration with precision.
  • Champion equipment maintenance and workshop standards to guarantee peak performance for our valued customers.
  • Ensure seamless opening and closing of the branch as needed.
  • Embracing continuous growth through training and development, enriching your skills and prowess.
  • Masterminding rostering and staff supervision for optimum efficiency.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of solid retail operational management experience.
  • Impressive track record in adept people management, effective coaching, and performance enhancement.
